Unlock all champs in practice tool?

Hey,

I like spending some time in practice tool and trying out different things and theorycrafting. I was wondering if it would be a problem to unlock all champs exclusively for practice tool this way we can try out champs and their mechanics etc before buying them. Good idea maybe? Idk I think it would be a great addon.
