Seeding is absolutely a waste makes me hate Ranked all over again
So I ended last Season in B2 then I go 9-1 in seeding to be tossed into B5. That is so rewarding.

I know how you feel. I ended at Gold 5, then in seeding for 8-2 which places me in Bronze 1.
Like me, wouldn't you rather read a slew of threads about how challenger ranked players have to go through provisionals with teams full of bronze players, only to start the season in B1 due to all the thrown games by angry trolls? If a player is truly worthy of challenger, then won't that player make challenger every season? I can't think of a popular sport that does not have tryouts for unproven player to test their ability. The Denver Broncos have an open tryout day, which lets anyone walk onto the practice field to prove they can play pro. The gating in the current ranked system favors player accounts by prior achievement whether the account user is currently worthy or not.
TLDR: Only a true reset; all accounts to equal mmr; is the right way to do ranked.
