Rune Clarity and Suggestions
Hello to anyone reading this, I just wanted to suggest some clarity and possible changes for Runes.
Phase Rush Keystone Rune - At the present, this Keystone Rune feels incredibly unsatisfying as a Keystone Rune. I would love it if Phase Rush movement speed boost was decaying instead as it feels so clunky just to have all that movement speed fall off suddenly. This would also in turn make Celerity feel better to use alongside this Keystone Rune.
Overheal Rune - It would really great if it has a buff that shows how much it is currently shielding you.
Manaflow Band Rune - Although it is very nice to restore a percent of mana periodically. 75 seconds is kind of harsh on it. It would be nice if it gave a minor bonus mana regen when it's taken in my opinion to solidify its purpose and choice of the person.
Iron Skin Rune & Mirror Shell Rune - Not sure what to really do about these, perhaps make it so that the 5% bonus procs if they took X damage from certain damage types in a single attack or ability.
These are currently the only suggestions I have at the moment. Thanks for reading and perhaps more will come up.
