A NEW DRAKE !!!! ETHER'S drake

This drake will give a boost of XP or/and Vision boost. It will be interesting because it will help a team who is in late and don't advantage too much a team in advance . The idea of a 5th element was added by Aristote and i thinks it's intersting to be inspired by this antique ideas . Thank you for reading i'm a french player and my english is too bad
