This is probably going to be a very salty post, but HOLY (insert curse word here)...

Heals and shields are really overpowered right now. I know that i shouldn't complain, but i played a game as nautilus top against a ziggs bot apc with soraka mid (with smite) and janna supp. I built titanic hydra, wits end, frozen mallet and sunfire and was dealing massive damage, but the amount of shielding and healing that (insert curse word here) ziggs got was absolutely unacceptable. Three or four times i got him near death just to see his heatlh bar pop back to full with a shield on top of it.

The point is, if the soraka can troll mid, and sill make herself relevant because heals and shields are so good, then i think there's a problem.
