@Riot: Which champion has the highest winrate when players get an S rank on them?

Or more accurately, which champion is most likely to translate statistical dominance into a win? I would imagine it's some hypercarry like Twitch but I'd be interested to know what Riot's internal data says. Conversely, what champion is most likely to have great stats and still lose? My money is on Evelynn.
