Hextech Items
First of all SORRY for my bad english.
I would just try to talk about those hextech items active brievely and why it should not be implemented to the game.
I feel like Riot always contradict itself... Remember the DFG time? It was litterally awfull making some champions able to kill easyly a target without using any skillshot. It will be the same with those items ! It will just give more burst to EVERY mage with a short range and god knows that almost every mages with short range are most of the time unskilled and has no counterplay (Hi Malz,Annie and Fizz) BUT he will also make champions with dash easier to play (Hi Leblanc and Ahri).
So let's summarize, those items favor champions without any counterplay and other champions that actually doesnt need any buff (really do you imagine LB with extra damage? She actually only needs to QR a target to get a kill meaning that she can improve her potential range kill by using her w) Those items will just produce more frustrations ANDDD make the balancing harder. Yeah do u remember what you just said for ZED? Qss makes him harder to ban OHH really? Then let's create AP items with an active dat give a burst so we have a new problem to balance the mages because you will have to take care about items to evaluate the potential burst of every champions....
Sadly i'll stop there cause my english doesnt permit me to go further but i hope at least that you understood the main idea of my post guys ! Let me know what you think about it !
