Please pay attention to your team before you ban...

This has happened to me too many times: Someone on our team will declare intent, only for someone else to ban their pick and proceed with a lengthy apology. The usual excuses are that they were calling somebody or got distracted or just weren't paying attention. These are not good excuses. I would rather you ban a random champion that nobody plays or even just let the timer tick down to zero before you ban a champion that's on our team. Champ select is a HUGE part of the game that requires a good deal of attention and coordination. Letting yourself get distracted makes me wonder if you realize that, and if not, why you even play the game if you won't take it seriously. Now, I know that there are some things that just can't be avoided. However, I expect you guys to at the very least need take a cursory glance at your team's picks before banning.

It's a simple message: Pay attention.
