Ranked - New Champs

It is quite simple....players must play a minimum of 10 games in Normals with a champion before they can play it in Ranked. So tired of losing in ranked games because people do not know how to play the champion they selected. I look up their play history and they either have 0 or a few games at all played with the champ. I'm a lower elo player so I'm sure this isn't quite common in higher elo. Just my suggestion, I'm sure there are a few who disagree and a whole lot who agree.
