Can we have old Last Whisper back?

35% of total armor penetration is nothing compared to 45% bonus. Along with the Extra 15% damage total this item just completely blows apart tanks. Ignore half their resistances and get bonus damage just because they are a tank? Yes please!

The whole reason it was changed was because 35% of squishies resistances were ignored. Please, if you are a squishy, damage creep is so fucking high that the 20 armor they penetrate is literally nothing.

Just give the 35% total back.
