Please make the 10 bans available in normal draft and ranked games ASAP!

I woul dreally love to actually have 1 or 2 bans for champs that I want to ban because they counter me, and not having to ban the same champs over and over again if my team isnt first pick because otherwise my nexus could as well explode as soon as champ select is over...
