A small Anivia buff idea

Okay as of right now a lot of Anivia players find her clunky and weak,while I don't completely disagree that she's weak,a small buff that would make sense is

Reduce the activation mana cost of her ult to 50 and make the mana cost per second go to 30/40/50 and when the ult reaches maximum size the mana cost to maintain it increases to 40/50/60

This makes sense when its weaker you should pay less mana and when its stronger you should pay more mana,so atleast i can feel clunky without draining my entire mana bar
