Feature request: change champ pick through champion select

Pretty simple request. I would like to change my potential pick dynamically as the teams go through the pick-ban phase. The first 30 seconds are nice, but having the options locked at that point is extremely frustrating. If my champ gets banned, I would like to pick another so my team can synergize. For example, if the team builds a comp around Yasuo and he gets banned, almost everyone will consider changing their picks, but you can't do that until locking. Or if the enemy picks something and I have a good counterpick, I would like to update so the team knows my plans.
