as a diamond 2 toplaner i feel exactly the same as hashinshin video toplane is like a joke :/

I feel like this post got downvoted because the word Hashinshin was mentioned. I think Hash isn't wrong about thinking their live design team is absent a top player in their ranks, Scarizard was the last known toplaner to be on that team. It explains why FoB was tossed aside for the very heavy stat check rune in Conqueror. Also explains why a bruiser rune was absent in runes reforged in the first place And explains why Vik Top wasn't being addressed off the bat. I wouldn't go as far as Hash did in that video, but its getting pretty annoying. Shit goes to hell in a hand basket for botlane for one patch, and hotfixes and dedicated fix patches were made almost immedately. Unhealthy Vik top shows up and doesn't get hotfixed. Instead, they wait two patches to hit him with a wrist slap nerf. Then another two patches to finally hit him with a decent nerf (which sadly comes at the cost of hitting mid vik, but honestly all vik mains are top lane atm).

When is this gonna stop. Trying to get better at the game but its almost impossible when top isn't really given a shit about.

its so strange, the forums, reddit and likely a large chunk of the player base are all for off meta picks becoming meta

But hey, Hash uploads a video where he even says his intention was to soft int then follows through so it must be true. Like @1:53 he intentionally dies to Viktor just so he can bitch about Viktor. I honestly don't understand why they reversed his ban. He straight up soft and hard ints in soooooooooooooooooo many games just so he has something to bitch about. I don't get why they don't nerf his shield to 1.5 seconds like they did to Riven.
