Improvement ideas for the remake system

Today i wasted an hour trying to que up into a normal blind pick. A player on the other team would be afk 4 times in a row.

Also, if a player disconnects on and off (connects for a few seconds, then disconnects again), the game should remake, right? But that is not the case.
