Can you do this .....

Remove True dmg from the game. give all champion with mana >>>>only CD or Energy. give all champions with Cd >>>>mana give all champions with energy >>>>mana.

Like Why the **** somechampions can spam the whole game abilities and not have to worry about mana . whene diana lvl 6 Q W E R cose 70% of her mana. and champs like yasou can spam e/q how much as he want , and many other champs too....

like i mean > do some sort of balance . all champs have mana or no .! OR GIVE BACK MANA POTIONS.......
