Change your League to Korean without Third-Part Software.

Hello! I have following question. Some months ago, I found a way how to change your League Client to korean (im playing on euw, so normally there is no korean available, but if you make a shortcut of the LeagueClient.exe and type --locale=ko_KR at the end of the path, you will basically get a korean client which is still connected to your region. It doesnt change anything about the gameplay, currency in shop, prices etc. It changes all voicelines to korean and every text is korean. Even the news-ff is still the german one. (I´m german/playing in germany)

Ive asked the support two times now. One timer by ticket, and the other one by the official Community Discord. The Person who has anwsered my support ticket sayed no (but his anwser felt like copy&paste and seems like he didn´t read it completly or does not know if this is getting detected by the anticheat). The support-guy in discord wasnt sure if its allowed or not, but he sayed it should not be a problem, since ur actually just chaning ur language & voiceline, not more. He sayed its at my own risk and didnt assured that it wont get banned.

So what i wanna ask is, is it allowed to use this modification to change your League Of Legens Client to korean, or will I get banned for this? (yesterday i´ve reached lvl 200 and payed quite a lot of money to the game, so i wont risk it until i have an official confirmation)
