This post is just done in a fun way to showcase Riot's current trend of vague tooltips, do not take things seriously especially anything to do with a Blitzcrank rework at all, I just chose a random champion for this.

Beep-Boop (Q):

Cooldown: Longish seconds; Cost: High mana; Range: Longish units

Blitzcrank throws out one of his fist, dealing damage and something else.

Bzz... (W):

Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds; Cost: Uses mana; Range: None units

Blitzcrank moves.

Rocket Punch (E):

Cooldown: Something seconds; Cost: 40 mana; Range: 400 units

Blitzcrank punches with a fist, dealing damage and knocking up to struck.

Static Field (R):

Cooldown: It Has One seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: Around units

Blitzcrank does something, damage and some other effect happens.
