Fizz E jungle reset

Hi can we make it that Fizz's E does not reset jungle camps similar to Yi's Q (but that's fixed now).

Would appreciate some feedback :)

If you immediately reactivate his e they won't reset.

Well, considering that Fizz basically leaves the game for 1 second,...
