@Meddler. Is riot happy with the state of Murumana?

Murumana hardly ever gets built. Its a great item, but something has to be wrong if no one is building it. Even with the great synergy this could have with Rageblade, no one builds it.

Riot also doesn't seem to buff it either. I suspect because it is potentially op on champs like Ryzre and Syndra.

IDK, I think it needs to get looked at again because something is wrong.
