UNIQUE PASSIVE - Eyes of Pain: +15 Magic Penetration. UNIQUE ACTIVE - Blood Magic: For the next 5 seconds, hitting a champion with a damaging ability refunds its mana cost and grants bonus maximum health equal to the mana cost for 10 seconds, up to 300 bonus health. (60 second cooldown)
Effect ends when Blood Magic's max bonus health reaches the cap or after 5 seconds. 10 second timer starts on active cast. Abilities only proc the effect once per cast (multi-cast abiltiies are treated as a single cast). Persistent effects that cost Mana/s such as Aurelion Sol's Celestial Expansion or Singed's Poison Trail apply Blood Magic once per second, factoring all mana refunding and mana cost => health conversions each second.
It does technically heal you if you were below max health. 60 second cooldown though so it's not exactly a lane sustain god item.
