How to be able to balance Mordekasier in solo lanes and duo lane.

My simple solution is to have a custom item for Mordekasier like Kalista's Black spear that allows him to bind either to himself for benefits or towards another person allowing riot to balance it based on the bonuses given by the bonding of the item and that the bonding itself can't change after 1:30 minutes on timer like Kalista but allow enough time to buy another item that bounds him to someone or himself if he makes a mistake by accident.
