Riot: Mad Scientist Ziggs Animation W

How come Mad scientist Ziggs doesn't have a different Satchel Charge (W) animation like some of his other skins do? Pool party has a rubber ducky, Snowday has a snowman etc.? Even the animations of his spells are different than his original skin except for the satchel charge. Is there any way to change it to like a big Bunsen Burner type thing since hes a chemist? Could be a neat change in my opinion :D.

Kind of a repost, but I'm really interested to see what Riot has in store for something like this.
