@riot Why not increase IBG cost with a compensation buff

This item is still VERY core on pure and off tanks partially because it is the cheapest sheen item available. Assassin ekko would like lich bane but the fact that IBG is so significantly cheaper, and gives half the cap of cdr, it is easier to go to the tank route and get your relevant items sooner. I feel like doing this will better address the issue of carries and assassins building heavy tank, since they will have to really think about their decision about if it is worth the gold investment or not.
