Can we ever get around to fixing the rune selection bug?

If anyone's confused as to what this is, it's where on your off-runes, regardless of which rune you select to choose, it will always replace the top rune and the previous bottom rune is moved up one slot, so if you want to swap out your bottom rune you have to pick the new rune then re-pick your previous top rune.

It's not gamebreaking, it's just annoying.
