Make it so that we can ping trinkets
So when I'm supporting and my team says, "support ward pls", I can spam the fuck out of the 3 teammates who are sitting on 2 charges of trinkets each.

I hate it when my Marksman is getting poked down by the enemy Karma but refuses to put one of his 2 charges in the brush so we can actually see her. It's especially annoying when you're Zilean and don't have any shields to save him.
I'd like there to be an "On the Way" sort of ping for wards/items.
Since you can't delete items by dragging them onto the main screen, you could drag your trinket/ZZ'Rot and release the mouse button when you are hovered over the area you want to place it. That way your team knows where you are going to ward/portal before you actually do it.
