Can we talk about the new kit Rammus has?

Seriously, what the hell Riot. Rammus was supposed to be a tank that can get in a fight, stay there, and do damage. Now all he does is get in, do nothing. I personally don't like one of his new reworks in his skills. Specifically, the "W." Remember when old Rammus would go in and stay in the fight, or when he would chase down low HP victims with his menacing W up? Say goodbye to this Rammus! The new W that Rammus has allows every Rammus to get in a fight! And with his 60% low, I repeat, 60% slow, he can not only go into a fight and lay down ALL the Thornmail procs to enemies, but he can also stay in one place with his barely over 200 movement speed. You know how slow that is? Imagine if Janna on URF could stack her Zephyr on an enemy, 3 times. That's hella slow. I'm a Rammus main, and the main reason I played Rammus was for his sticky-ness and his tanky-ness. With old Rammus you can run into a fight, redirect the ADC onto yourself, and stay to them while you laugh your ass off about how they just died to your 5 Thornmail with Ninja Tabi build. But with Rammus's new W, you cant do that. The one skill you're supposed to max, you can't anymore. It is really, REALLY useless now. Especially since the slow doesn't go down with any rank upgrade. I get that you guys want to emphasize the tank aspect of him, but come on. The approach you took with his W is really bad. He cannot do anything anymore. I just played a game as new Rammus, and I could not do anything. Went in with Q, threw down an E on the person, then put down my W. Apparently, I couldn't move. At all. Didn't help that I wanted to fight a Yorick with a Naut. None of Yorick's CC was up, since Naut forced it out. But then, here I am, thinking I'm going to kill Yorick and that- wait, I cant move. I cannot gank at all anymore due to (thank you by the way) the new Rammus W. Not like any Rammus mains wanted this, no not at all (sarcasm, that was). Please, if any of the Devs read this, at least reduce the slow on his W, make sure that a lv. 3 Rammus doesnt have 193 MS. ~Love, an old Rammus main
