Give Chromas a secondary high IP cost?

I mean, it would be awesome for people who've bought everything they can with IP and have tons to spend it on. Even if it was hundreds of thousands per, at least they'd get something for playing your game soooo much. And its not like they aren't spending RP too, I mean, anyone with that much IP has probably bought at least a couple thousand RP.
