My last discussion I talked about "show respect to good players," I thought I didn't make my points clear. Let's say there is a company it gives every employees same amount of salary, compensation since they are doing the same kind of work, do you think this company treat their employees equally? yes. Now its the same company, actually its a sales company, employee A gains 100,000 $ profit for the company, however the worst employee B earns only 10% of employee A. the same question: do you think this company treat their employees equally?

Now the subject becomes a game. 5 people in a game, they lose this game and everyone drop 20 points. Do you think this game treat the players equally? Yes, they lose the same points in the same game. Ok, actually this game is LOL, its a rank game you get 15-5-10 as a jgler, and you team get 5-15, 1-5, 2-10, 3-7, basically u try to carry four feeders and fail. When this game is over, you all lose 20 points. The same question: do you think LOL treat their players equally?

I just want to say sometimes treating people equally is not treating people equally, and I wish Riot really could see this.
