Riot when are we going to address how damn hard it is to play a new champ/rework on release?

It happens every time a rework or new champion comes out. You are either forced to deal with instalockers, beg your team not to ban it and hope the enemy doesn't ban or pick it before you can pick it or have it traded to you, or get it in aram with extreme luck. And on top of that when you finally get that new champion or rework locked in somebody dodges because they cant handle not getting to play it. Team builder was great for this. Even though queue times were god awful at least you were guaranteed to get a game as them if you waited long enough. Even though there tended to be a mirror match atleast you got some kind of experience with the new release in game.
