What to do if lanes feed early?

I cannot seem to win regardless of what role I play in solo queue. If I support, bot will go even and survive, but mid/top will do terrible. If I go jungle, top or bot, or both. Seem to die before I've even cleared my 2nd buff and start to flame me and everyone else.

I can't seem to do anything to help my games anymore, when we even get the slightest lead and I start having fun the enemies ff at 15. Yet when top goes 0/6/0 and bot goes 0/5/0 they will refuse to ff at any point in the game, leaving match and rejoining to decline the surrender.

If the enemy is feeling merciful they'll push down mid and end early, if not they'll just drag the match out and farm us til the 40 minute mark.

All my friends quit league after the drastic changes made the game too complicated for them to enjoy so now it's just me playing league alone and on the longest losing streak.

Is there any champion that I can pick to help lanes? Is draft a better experience. Any advice would help.

I'm not bitching about "hurr durr all solo laners suck" Sometimes I'm the fuckup too and get someone behind but I try to do better.
