Bring back the team captain stuff in teambuilder for dynamic queue

Where the team captain can select what composition they want, so if the team captain wants 5 mid, he can sit and wait patiently for 4 people who want to play a 5 mid game with him. Or he can pick 2 mid 3 jungle. Or whatever. That way we're not limited to the 1/1/1/2 meta. If you really don't want to enforce the meta you should do that.

If you try to pidgeonhole people into a default setting, that's enforcing the meta. It might not be "enforcing" in the literal sense, but making 1 method much more accessible than other methods is definitely enforcing in a sort of sense, and telling people that apparently it's not normal to play any other way.
