Lucian Problem

I am a Lucian main and have been noticing that over the past 48 hours or so that his passive hasn't really been working, once I use an ability the passive only fires one shot, is anyone else having this problem and can you please fix it.

Well since he has a secret passive of being untargetable during nocturnes ult i think thats fair
