How will ranked flex affect my season 7 rank/promos?

It's a separate queue, so ranking up in flex will increase your mmr in flex queue and give you a better starting position in flex queue.
The same way Ranked 3v3 or Ranked 5v5 effected your Season 6 rank/promos. It's one type of queue (essentially our current Dynamic Queue) and they're going to have a separate one for Solo/Duo Queue. Both ranks will be septate from one alter.
