What champs are best ATM?

I've been out of League for about a month now and I know a lot of changes have been added recently. I want to list the champs I usually play in each position and in the order I play them from most often to least (but still competent with). If you guys would tell me who I play that is really suited for season 4 I would appreciate it, as well as tell me who I don't play that I should perhaps pick up and learn. I'd like to get back into league and increase my win rate. Before I stopped I was really starting to lose A LOT of games and I'm wondering if it was because I was playing out classed champs.

Jung: Nautilus , Poppy , Skarner , Vi , Xin , Hec , Noc , Yi , Sej , Zac , Shyv , Nidalee , Udyr (also own but not proficient with: Voli , Evelynn , GP , Panth , Rammus , WW , Tryn , Shaco , Lee Sin , Aatrox , Jax )

Top: Panth , Kayle , Nidalee , Voli (own but no proficient: Jax , Irellia , GP , Garen , Jayce , Yi , Tryn , Aatrox , Olaf )

Support: Once upon a time Sona ......Alistar , Leona , Blitz , GP , Taric , Braum (own but not proficient: Thresh , Soraka )

ADC: Quinn , Draven , MF , Urgot if you count him (own but not proficient: Sivir , Caitlyn )

Mid: Fizz , Kayle (own but not proficient: Graggy , Veigar , TF , Annie )

That's pretty much it. I listed in order of role most played and champ most played. Is there anyone on my list who I should focus on? Anyone not on my list who I should pick up and try out? Any of my champs that I should try out in a different role? I appreciate any advice on the subject. For anyone you suggest, perhaps also suggest ways to build them, or maybe just link me a good build guide or youtube vid.
