Please redesign this champion. He does no damage. His stun is half the duration of other mages. He's apparently not allowed to be good because of the 1% chance the entire enemy team has no dashes to escape his ult and is five squishy players with zero magic resist. Don't buff him, just completely redesign. He is so weak that he's not worth fixing.
