@Riot, please give Vlad this QoL change

Regarding his E and quickcast:

With normal cast, you only need to press E once and it will charge up, then press a second time to release the spell.

But with quick cast, you actually have to hold E and release the button to release the spell. This is really irritating to use especially when you want to E into W. It makes it even worse when I forget to change back the spell to quickcast on other champions.

I hate having to HOLD (not press) two buttons very close to each other, which is why I never play . If Alistar had his combo on Q and E I might actually play him, otherwise my fingers hurt trying to do the QW combo.

Please give us this change
