Match making mess up!!!

so i just got finished playing a ranked game with my friend we ended up losing that game and here is why we got matched with a level 29 this was his first ranked game ever i have (at this point in time) 80W 56L so a total of 136 games played i am currently silver 1 with 0LP he is (at this point in time) Unranked with one game played (the game we just lost) the game was mostly made up with high silver to low gold players so my question is how did this this guy get placed with us? he ended up feeding so bad that the riven he was laning against got so fed she carried the game (the riven was gold 4)... this lose was not fair to me or my team he had no reason to be matched with us please riot you have to look into this i lost LP points (and a bit of my sanity) from this unfair loss both teams should have similar skill levels to ensure a fair and good game!!!

NOTE: this is not me getting mad at this player for doing poorly in game i am angry that such a low level player got matched with high level people *also come on riot hes level 29!
