Add re-roll to lvl capsules pls

I leveled up and i got a capsule...i was like ok this is fine and i got 3 champs, Akali (630 BE) , Garen (90 BE) and Poppy (90 BE) and ofc i own all of them. What the hell can i do with them now...i mean they are worth nothing, especially if you have all champs over 3150 BE, 810 BE in total. At least add a Re-roll option so i can get 1 permanent champion as a reward for leveling up. For me lvl-up capsules are ussles I am sure you will fix this and make lvl up rewards better ;)
