Klepto on manaless champs, gives 75G instead of mana??? BUSTED SH**T

That's some crazy busted crap. Let's consider a champ like Kennen, whos AP, where most AP items are already cheaper than AD items. He procs klepto and gets 25% more gold in the same time span from Klepto, while paying for items that are 30% cheaper than AD items.

How the fuck does this stay like this????

Klepto on manaless champs should STILL give mana potions, and you can sell them JUST LIKE MANA CHAMPS at the shop for the SAME 12G AMOUNT. Not substituting for a gold sack with 40-120G range, with an average of 75G. THAT'S BUSTED.

This idea that giving manaless champs the gold sacks instead of a mana potion is just plain busted. I kept wondering how that turd was down in CS and still able to afford a protobelt... it was klepto and mana potion conversion to gold... NERF THIS RIOT.
