Personal Poacher's Knife Change Idea

I would love to see Poacher's knife fit somehow in the META. I will say now I am not the best at creating ideas on how to make changes to an item. This was just something that popped inside my head out of no where. I would like for those who see this and give feedback on what you guys think about the item. Tell me whether it is over powered, under powered, relatively okay or just plain out dumb. This is just to get a topic started with my fellow LoL players too see if we can give Riot some ideas on how we believe Poacher's Knife should be reworked to include Counter Jungling into the META.

Would enjoy if those who read this share with others.

EDIT 1: 5 Hours after post/ Aug: 27 Replica Smite will NOT replicate Red nor Blue Buff Camps. Decoy timer reduce to 50 seconds. True Damage reduce to 50 + 10 per Level of the monster. Damage is now specified to who Decoy will NOT count as a devourer stack

It would be more than a bit unfair on counterjunglers like Nunu. Imagine: You step into your jungle and smite red for the heal and red buff before going to gank, but only to find that it was a fake and you got nothing but a burst of damage.

I feel as this would be a healthy change in terms of counter jungling especially devourer.
