Just rework pantheon already

Toxic champion which is poorly designed, the champ is way overdue a rework. Looks old and out dated, gameplay is old and out dated (spam press q on enemy) point and click cc and that annoying ass passive. Playing against this is extremely un-fun and forces you to play under your tower or pray you get tons of ganks. His q costs barely any mana and if you pair that with corrupting pot+manaflow band he has amazing sustain.
