I don't think illaoi is broken but...

I think she is feast or famine where her damage and usefulness just drops when behind and becomes oppressive and frustrating if she gets ahead she fits basically every criteria for feast or famine

being -lack of high bases -absurd ratio's(mainly tentacles the ratio's on E and ult are kinda meh)
