Ahh yes ryze the rune rework mage. He always gets a rework. He's had nothing but nerfs ever since people learned how to play him. Then riot started focusing more on the pro scene and nerfing shit nobody asked for in every other elo that isn't diamond. This includes ryze when I decided to try to get good with him and try to one trick a rewarding champion. That threw a wrench into the plan and I'm not a meta slave. Even now he got nerfed (indirectly) with an archangel staff nerf. Now he is getting yet another rework. It's on the same level as shyvana and Xin Zhao. I really hope this doesn't destabilize competitive play and makes him strong again so I can use him. So what changed.
