help me

so ive played about 30 matches now where my teammates are really bad and tilt me asap because they die multiple time and just do the same thing again and expect a different result even though it wont happen. another thing is my ability to carry games from mid just inst there anymore, i used to be able to get fed with cass and then get teammates ahead but now i am struggling to get ahead in lane
