Some of the pbe buffs

I like the idea Riot has for buffing Yorick and Neeko where they are focusing on more of a mechanical buff than a straight up buff. I personally feel that the game needs more buffs so individual players matter more and using mechanics is a good way to do it. If you were wondering Neeko's buff is giving her pen if she has her passive up then uses her W to go invisible while disguised and Yorick's buff is about giving him the option to send out Betsy aka The Maiden of the Mist off on her own to split push which admittedly pulling this off has won me a few games on Yorick since she is able to get her own ghouls but they are making it so she scales harder off him. So yeah ty Riot I'm glad that you are looking to buff through mechanic changes rather than straight up numbers and I hope more champions see this sort of treatment.
