For giving my non-banned account the same 17% win rate support 4 games in a row during my placements. It was enjoyable having the option to either dodge, or deal with a 0-10(or worse) support player 4 games in a row. Needless to say, this 0-10(or worse) hard carried the enemy team to victory every match.

And I would just like to say, HOW DOES SOMEONE EVEN GET TO LVL30+ on a 17% win rate?!?!?!??! HE MUST HAVE BEEN PLAYING for 5 years, losing over and over and over, and over and over and over and over and over, oh and then his enemies disconnected one game, so he gets a win. AND SOMEHOW IS STILL PLAYING THE GAME WHEN THERES NO POSSIBLE WAY HE DOESNT REALIZE HE IS WORSE THAN A BOT. How can you sit there and enjoy the game with 147 wins and a 17% win rate.
