Irelia can Q and auto me up to 3 times while I am walking away before I create actually distance

All the while all I'm trying to do is use my root on her but she moves so fast that I can't do shit. Remember when point and click abilities existed for a purpose? It was for champions like Master Yi, Irelia, and Akali that had hyper mobility that could point and click dash onto champions. But now the champions move so fast or have reset mechanics that I really can't do anything.

On a side note (in case this post picks up traction) they need to remove the on-hit effect of tiamat with Q interaction
