elimination of bots

How we all find players we think are people and were actually bots. sometimes even we lost because of them. My idea is simply to make a "capture" of bots, for example if a person were playing a game and find a bot in the game at the end gave to report it and the riot would analyze the game. If the Riot is found that this player was a bot, I banished him forever and gave a tiny reward the player that reported. If the Riot think it's very difficult to know if it is a bot or not, I do not think so, since they will not write anything in the chat, they will not put up signs and will always play straight games in default. And why I say take a small reward? Simple, because when we bots in our team are very often affected in the match and lost. This idea is very simple, but very worth it for the other players who are playing days without stopping to go fast level or rank. While the others are sleeping and computers are playing instead of them, for faster ranks to arrive.
