Why is THIS a thing?
I just outplayed a tower diving fed kennen as Urgot and he cast protobelt during my pull in ult animation to kill me?
what??? why would this be ok.

If not a bug Kennnen cast his protobelt exactly when you started pulling him and due to Riot's lazy coding Kennen's dash doesn't get interrupted by your ult, so the damage occurs anyway.
